Account and Data Deletion Request If you would like to permanently delete your Creator Studio account and all associated data (including profile information, clinical takeaways, and peer notes), please send an email to rhasupport@addisonforge.com from the email address registered to your account.

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process your request and permanently wipe your data from our servers within 7 days.
